In my time at Yep Roc, I worked closely with the Marketing team in writing social messaging plans for artists’ social media, managing mass emailing, playlist curation, and asset creation.
February 2023, Pandora AMP tweeted about the official Yep Roc Music Group playlist I created for Black History Month! Featuring some of my favorite artists such as — Rage Against the Machine, Erykah Badu, Otis Redding, and more š¶ Listen Here.
I attended #NEXTGEN_U, a conference for interns with Music Biz affiliated companies, to gain a greater understanding of the music industry. In my 5-page report, I detail the prioritizing of mental health, how to build an efficient team & community, and the need for DEI initiatives and Employee Resource Groups.
